Would you like to have an eye-opening and inspiring experience? In a 60-90 minute lecture we review the various feedback tools, and tailor them to fit your needs. A lecture can be adapted to any given organization, company or team.

Regardless of the lecture length, all the tools that make up Feedback2Perform® are presented and described. A lecture also gets the audience involved through exercises. All exercises give insight into how feedback actually improves your work and work environment.

WorkshopsMetode Feedback2Perform Spilleplade

We offer both half and full day workshops, including Feedback2Perform® and Feedback with Effect.

The half-day workshops involve working with either Feedback with Effect or Feedback2Perform, but both include Feed4Ward®. The all-day workshops give you the opportunity to go in depth, with both Feedback2Perform® and Feedback with Effect. In both cases, we will review all the tools Feedback2Perform® has to offer and we also include a specially designed board game, so that you learn to use the tools by practicing them. The game challenges you in the usage of all feedback tools, preparing you to apply them in your everyday life.  Feedback with Effect uses a 5-step model, targeted accordingly, to ensure that the feedback given is constructive and useful.

The all-day workshops also include dialogue cards. Dialogue cards help organizations develop a sustainable feedback culture. We will explain how to work with these cards, to get your organization more involved with feedback and Feed4Ward. Dialogue cards not only help establish a feedback culture but also help improve and maintain it.

Half-day-workshop with Feedback with Effect

This half-day workshop features Feedback with effect. Here you learn specifically how to use our 5-step model to improve and be more constructive with feedback.

It is always rewarding to have it based on a specific case or challenge you have faced yourself. We therefore encourage you to bring your own inputs and ideas into play at the workshop.

Based on your input we create a script for the workshop and feedback conversation. You will then be guided through a 5-step model based on your needs, and will be taught how to give effective feedback.

Halfday-workshop with Feedback2Perform®

This half-day workshop features Feedback2Perform®. Here you will specifically learn how to work with all aspects of feedback and Feed4Ward®, which are some of the tools that make up Feedback2Perform®. Then you will proceed to play our Feedback2Perform® board game!

In the board game you will be challenged with:

The game is primarily based on Johari’s window. The goal of the game is for participants to handle receiving feedback that makes the blind areas and unknown areas as small as possible.

In teams, players take turns drawing a send card, a receive card, or a chance card. We challenge everyone to be both the sender and receiver of feedback at some point in the game.

Feedback Credit will be used as the point measuring scale, and of course try to get as many plus-points as possible.

Team Developement

We offer both full and half-day workshops for the development of both new and already established teams.

In the workshops we work with our multi-purposeful tool, Feedback2Perform®, to develop you as a team and to implement a healthy feedback culture within it.

If you are a new team, we implement the board game to help you to get to know each other.  By getting to know each other, you will be more accurate and effective when giving and receiving feedback.

Become an educated feedback coachFootball Coach and Players

A good feedback culture can be maintained and developed by allocating a Feedback Coach within the company.

We educate Feedback coaches, so they are able to plan and implement feedback training on their own. Having a Feedback Coach in your team and within your business helps to ensure a long lasting feedback culture.

Training a Feedback Coach is ideal for companies who want to implement, maintain and develop a long term optimal feedback culture. It is ideal for participants at workshops and lectures, who would like to spread good feedback habits throughout their team and company.

Do You want to be a Feedback Coach?

Having a Feedback Coach in your company will help your feedback culture to flourish

We start with the tools included in Feedback2Perform®, and take it an extra level.  This means that a Feedback Coach can use feedback tools, but they can also go out and teach others about feedback and Feed4Ward®. As a Feedback Coach you will be trained to identify feedback related challenges, and give the people involved the right tools to improve their future performance.

Dialogue Cards

Dialogue cards are designed to allow your organization or business, to continue using feedback in a structured way.  Dialogue cards can also be used as a developmental tool during annual performance reviews.

The Dialogue cards can be used within different groups:

  • Manager – Employee
  • Colleague – Colleague
  • Different levels of Managers
Learn more about the Dialogue cards

With dialogue cards your feedback becomes structured and constructive.

Every dialogue card contains a statement and each person must draw a card.  In the group “Manager- Employee”, an employee, for example, draws a card with the statement:

“Talk to your manager about the behavior you would like him/her to display “MORE” of in your cooperative work relationship.”

Your card should be pulled a few days before the meeting is had. You will tell each other the statements which your card contained, and then proceed to give each other feedback based on the statements. Now neither of you are no longer in doubt about what to talk about at your meeting and have plenty of time to prepare yourselves.

This type of feedback is handled far more positively by both sender and the receiver.  Because the feedback is planned it is not perceived as an attack.

A manager can easily have 10 different dialogue card games with his employees simultaneously.
